1. About Us and These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the websites, software, digital products, platforms and services provided by DOit for Information Technology, operating under the DOit Hub brand ("DOit Hub," "DOit," "we," "us," or "our").
DOit Hub develops, operates and supports technology products, digital platforms, SaaS solutions, websites, software systems, digital ventures and related technology services, including DOit Digital.
Certain products, platforms, ventures or projects may have additional terms, contracts, proposals, statements of work, subscription conditions or privacy notices. Where specific terms apply to a particular service, they supplement these Terms and prevail to the extent of any inconsistency relating to that service.
By accessing or using our website or services, creating an account, subscribing to a product, placing an order, or entering into an agreement with us, you agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms.
2. Our Products and Services
DOit Hub may provide, among other things:
- SaaS and subscription-based digital solutions
- Professional and business websites
- E-commerce solutions and online stores
- Digital V-Cards, portfolios and professional profiles
- Education and learning platforms
- Tourism, hospitality and industry-specific digital solutions
- Community, membership and management platforms
- Custom software and enterprise systems
- Mobile and web applications
- Hosting, deployment, maintenance and technical support
- Technology consulting and digital transformation services
- Source-code products and licensed software
- Technology ventures, partnerships and startup platforms
- Other technology products and services introduced from time to time
The specific scope, features, price, delivery schedule, ownership rights, subscription period and support obligations applicable to a customer may be defined in a quotation, proposal, order, subscription plan, statement of work or separate written agreement.
3. DOit Digital
DOit Digital is a digital product and platform brand operated by DOit Hub.
DOit Digital provides ready-to-launch and customizable digital solutions for professionals, businesses and organizations.
Depending on the selected solution, services may include templates, hosting, configuration, customization, dashboards, administration tools, integrations, analytics and related functionality.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, purchasing or subscribing to a DOit Digital solution grants the customer the right to use the applicable service and does not transfer ownership of DOit Hub's underlying software, source code, frameworks, templates, reusable components, systems or intellectual property.
Where source-code ownership or transfer is offered, the applicable rights and conditions must be expressly stated in the relevant written agreement.
4. Other DOit Hub Products and Ventures
DOit Hub may develop or operate additional products, platforms, startups and ventures.
Until product-specific terms are introduced, these Terms may apply to such services where expressly referenced. As a product develops, DOit Hub may introduce supplemental or separate terms appropriate to its functionality and business model.
Product-specific terms shall supplement these Terms and prevail in relation to the relevant product where expressly stated.
5. Accounts and Security
Where an account is required, users must provide accurate and current information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
Users are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts, except to the extent resulting from circumstances for which they are not legally responsible.
Users should promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
We may reasonably restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users, customers or systems; investigate misuse; address overdue payments; or comply with applicable law.
6. Customer Content
Customers retain their rights in content they lawfully provide to us, including text, images, logos, product information, documents and other materials.
Customers grant us the limited rights necessary to host, reproduce, process, modify or display such content solely as required to provide the relevant service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that content they provide:
- Is lawful and accurate
- Does not infringe third-party rights
- Does not contain malicious or unlawful material
- May lawfully be used for the intended purpose
We may restrict or remove unlawful or infringing content where reasonably necessary.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all rights in DOit Hub's underlying technology, software architecture, reusable code, systems, frameworks, templates, interfaces, designs, databases, documentation, trademarks, branding and proprietary technology remain owned by DOit Hub or the applicable rights holder.
No subscription, purchase or engagement transfers ownership of such intellectual property unless expressly stated in writing.
Users may not unlawfully copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, sublicense, resell or commercially exploit proprietary technology.
Ownership and licensing of bespoke software, deliverables or source code developed for a particular customer shall be governed by the applicable written agreement.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Prices, billing periods, payment schedules and applicable taxes or fees will be communicated through the relevant offer, invoice, quotation, subscription plan or agreement.
Depending on the service:
- Advance or milestone payments may apply
- Subscriptions may be charged for defined billing periods
- Hosting, domains, cloud services, payment gateways, AI services, communications and other third-party services may carry separate charges
- Work may commence only after agreed payment conditions are satisfied
- Services may be suspended for overdue amounts where legally and contractually permitted
Where automatic renewal applies, the relevant renewal conditions will be disclosed to the customer.
9. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation, return and refund rights depend on the nature of the product or service, the applicable agreement and mandatory Egyptian law.
Certain digital products, software, customized services and solutions developed or configured according to customer specifications may be subject to legally permitted exceptions to general return or refund rights.
Amounts relating to work already performed, customized deliverables or non-recoverable third-party costs may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Egyptian law.
Where a separate agreement provides additional cancellation or refund rights, those provisions will apply.
Egypt's Consumer Protection Agency confirms that statutory return rights are subject to specified exceptions, including certain specially manufactured products and software or similar goods.
10. Third-Party Services
Our products may integrate with or rely upon third-party services such as hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, domain registrars, payment processors, analytics providers, messaging platforms, social networks or AI providers.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, availability and charges.
We are not responsible for failures exclusively caused by third parties outside our reasonable control, but where we manage the relevant integration, we will use reasonable efforts to assist customers.
11. Availability, Maintenance and Updates
We aim to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may temporarily be affected by maintenance, upgrades, security requirements, infrastructure issues, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.
We may improve, update or replace features where reasonably necessary, subject to contractual commitments and applicable law.
12. Acceptable Use
Our products and services must not be used to:
- Violate applicable law
- Commit fraud or deception
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Circumvent security controls
- Interfere with our infrastructure or other users
- Conduct activities that expose DOit Hub, its customers or users to unlawful harm
13. Confidentiality
Confidential technical, commercial or business information disclosed in connection with an engagement must be used only for its intended purpose and protected against unauthorized disclosure.
Separate contracts or non-disclosure agreements may establish additional confidentiality obligations.
14. Personal Data and Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection legislation.
For platforms through which we process personal data on behalf of customers, additional data-processing arrangements may apply where appropriate or legally required.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably justified by:
- Material breach of these Terms or an applicable agreement
- Unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Significant security risk
- Non-payment where suspension is contractually and legally permitted
- A legal or regulatory requirement
Where reasonably practicable, appropriate notice will be provided.
Data availability, hosting, domains, source-code delivery and other consequences following termination will depend on the relevant service and agreement.
16. Disclaimers and Liability
We provide our products and services with reasonable professional care appropriate to their nature and the applicable agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOit Hub shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability, consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Individual contracts may contain specific warranties, service levels, indemnities or liability arrangements.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Disputes relating to a specific project or service will be handled in accordance with any applicable contractual dispute-resolution provisions and mandatory Egyptian law.
Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights or recourse to competent authorities or courts where applicable.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, operations or legal obligations.
The current version will be published with an updated effective date.
Where required by law or contractual obligations, appropriate additional notice or consent will be obtained.
